Becoming mom is something unique and special in life, we turn into a new person. Our life and body are changed forever; we are not the same than before.
This Yoga session invites all moms and their babies to connect with each other, with their babies and to reconnect with their (new) body after giving birth.
Post Natale Yoga is not only about poses but also about breathing, singing, and dancing together with the babies. It is a session to have fun and relax and to offer moms the possibility of doing an activity outside of their homes and to connect with other mothers.
